This is the first day of practice. Wrestlers should bring clean workout clothes and a towel with soap to shower after. Wrestling should wrap up around 5:30. Wrestlers will need to be registered for wrestling and have all necessary paperwork done. This can be found by registering through this website.

Monday 11/18 - First day of practice! Practice 3:45

Tuesday 11/19 - Practice 3:45

Wednesday 11/20 - Practice 3:45. After practice the Dallas Mat Club has match night at 6:00 at LaCreole. This is a night where other clubs come over and we teach our K-5 grade kids what a wrestling match is like. Our high schoolers are going to help run this event and ref.

Thursday 11/21 - Practice 3:45

Friday 11/22 - Practice 3:45

This camp is to recruit girl wrestlers of all ages. This camp will be ran by out high school wrestling staff and our current high school girls wrestling team.

Feel free to bring your friend, mom, aunt, grandma or whoever to come with you to watch this camp. Dads and other men are not welcome, when you are new men in the room can make other new females wrestlers uncomfortable. Guys, lets give these girls space to try out a new sport and get comfortable doing so.

This is a clinic put on by coach Austin Markee. This clinic will include all things involving arm bars including digging out an arm, running a bar, cross wrist series and hook re-hook. This event is free and starts at 2:00 pm at the Dallas High School Wrestling room!
